We offer support, empowerment and referral information from crisis counselors 24 hours a day.

Information and Referrals

Information to increase the survivor's knowledge of community resources and programs available throughout Keokuk, Lucas, Mahaska and Marion Counties.

Counseling and Support Groups

Short-term counseling, advocacy and support groups for adult female survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.

Shelter

Local, temporary shelter for women and children who are victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.

Transitional Housing

Long-term housing assistance and support services for abuse survivors with multiple barriers to economic self sufficiency.             

Economic Advocacy

Assistance with money management, job seeking, and housing related issues.

Court Advocacy

Support of clients through legal and court proceedings.

Medical Advocacy

Assistance in obtaining necessary medical services. Accompaniment during medical procedures of sexual assault examinations.

Community Education and Training

Educational programs for schools; community groups; law enforcement; and medical, religious and professional associations.
